This collection consists of photocopies of journals, diaries, and business papers of Dr. James W. Jackson.
Biographical/Historical Note
Dr. James W. Jackson lived in Mississippi, Texas, and Arkansas during the period of time covered by these materials, 1860-1900. In Arkansas, he lived at the Cypress and Magness Creek areas of Lonoke County, Arkansas, around 1870. He was in Hackett, Sebastian County, Arkansas, from 1875.
