This collection contains one circular, "Peach Raising in Arkansas" from W.F. Hogan and Alex Coyle, real estate dealers, Grannis, Polk County, Arkansas, dated 1909.
Biographical/Historical Note
This circular, dated 1909 and meant to sell land in Polk County, promises that the area around Grannis is ideal for fruit production. It seems these promises were based in fact, because Grannis grew up around this industry, with Grannis Canning Company opening in 1938.
