Biographical/Historical Note
The material in this collection consists of nine documents. The first document from the year 1875 is a calling card for J.M. Blocher, S.M. Weaver, W.S. Curran, and G.F. Kirkwood; the second dated October 14, 1881 is a receipt for John Matthews from Bocquin and Pentzell; the third dated February 28, 1884 is a receipt for lumber on an account from W.D. Pugh; the fourth document dated November 13, 1889 is a promissory Note from George Kidwell to A.P. Richardson; the fifth document dated November 9, 1891 is a receipt by George Kidwell received of W.C. Mitchell; the sixth document dated December 21, 1906 is a voucher check to the McAlister Grocery Company from Mansfield Lumber and Mercantile Company; the seventh document dated February 1915 is a statement/receipt for Zana Hub's account with the Marks Store of Fort Smith, Arkansas; the eighth document is an advertisement for Dr. Eell’s Vitalizing Blood Purifier by W.H. Whitlow, sales agent; the ninth document is an advertisement for Williams and Stirman Boots and Shoes.
