Biographical/Historical Note

The Fulton County Banner was a newspaper in Salem, Arkansas. These two documents reflect early transactions in the formation of the business. The 1895 lease agreement was between L.A. Brittain, Lehman Kay, and George H. Trevathan to lease the "Fulton County Banner" property. The bill of sale between L.A. Brittain to lee Davis was to transfer Brittain's interest in the Banner property.
