Description
The Alien Enemies List includes such information as the name of the individual, residence (1918),employers since 1914, and date and port of arrival in the United States. Place of birth, snapshot, physical description, description of family, previous military service, and a set of fingerprints of the individual may also be included. The files are arranged in alphabetical order.
Biographical/Historical Note
The Alien Enemies List contains United States Department of Justice registration affidavit forms for undocumented immigrants in 1918. Most of the people mentioned in this collection were German immigrants who settled in Arkansas County, near Stuttgart.
