Description
This collection contains a memorandum of agreement and the minutes of a board meeting of the Memphis and Little Rock Railroad.
Biographical/Historical Note
The Memphis Little Rock Railroad was constructed from 1854 and 1871. It was sold under foreclosure to the Choctaw and Memphis Railroad in 1898. The Choctaw was later purchased by the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad.
