Description
This collections is comprised of four business ledgers in which Dr. Munn recorded his duties performed, payments owed, farm expenses, and rental properties. There are also some loose items like advertisements for medications and a medical paper discussing various common conditions and treatments. There are additional miscellany recorded in some ledgers like a list of the interred at "Langford Graves."
Biographical/Historical Note
Dr. J.B. Munn was a resident of Vilonia, Arkansas at the turn of the century. He was a busy doctor who treated many patients in the surrounding area. In addition, he ran a general store with his business partner, Mr. Kirby. Dr. Munn also managed a farm and rented out properties.
