Biographical/Historical Note

Benton County was established in 1836 and its county seat is Bentonville. Washington County was established in 1828 and its county seat is Fayetteville. Carroll County was established in 1833 and has two county seats, Berryville and Eureka Springs. Madison County was established in 1836 and its county seat is Huntsville.
