June 17, 1862 skirmish at St. Charles, Ark.
Marquette and Joliet entered Mississippi River June 17, 1673, and descended to mouth of Arkansas River.
First street car company incorporated at Little Rock on June 17, 1870, but failed to carry out franchise.
