June 14, 1861 D. H. Reynolds elected captain of company he raised for Confederate service, born in Ohio, settled at Lake Village, Ark., commissioned colonel at Chickamauga, brigadier-general in Dalton-Atlanta campaign, member Arkansas Senate 1866-67.
