Transcription
January 1, 1797 Robt. Crittenden born near Versailles, Kentucky. First secretary and acting governor of Arkansas Territory.
January 1, 1845, Dallas County created.
Jan. 1, 1822 Dwight Mission opened in Pope County with 15 students.
First cottonseed oil mill incorporated at Pine Bluff, Jan. 1, 1861.
