This collection contains negative photostats of family records for John R. Maddox and his family.
Biographical/Historical Note
John R. Maddox was born in Georgia in 1818. He married Ailey May Harlen in 1843 and the two had twelve children. By 1850, John and Ailey lived in Conway County, Arkansas. John was a Methodist Minister and a farmer. He died October 14, 1899.
