This collection contains one abstract of title conducted by the Alley Abstract Company, Mountain Home, Arkansas, abstracter Mary Rochner. It was prepared at the request of Attorney Ted Sanders for the benefit of James C. Frazier. This abstract reviews the ownership of the land in question from 1860 to 1988.
Biographical/Historical Note
An abstract of title is a brief summary of the various activities that may affect ownership of piece of property. When an individual or business wants to purchase real estate they contact someone to examine the history of the property, original government surveys, and past owners. This abstract of title was conducted by the Alley Abstract Company, Mountain Home, Arkansas, abstracter Mary Rochner. It was prepared at the request of Attorney Ted Sanders for the benefit of James C. Frazier. This abstract reviews the ownership of the land in question from 1860 to 1988.
