The Cincinnati Dollar Weekly Times and the Cincinnati Daily Commercial were Cincinnati, Ohio, newspapers published during the Civil War. The issues in this collection mention contemporary events in Arkansas. The Dollar Weekly Times was possibly purchased by a Colonel L.S. Turman, whose signature appears on several of the papers.
