This collection contains one broadside, a notice of sale by Benton County Sheriff, James Hickman, to settle Circuit Court case between R.M. Deatherage (plaintiff) and J.F. Crandall and Cora Crandall (defendants).
Biographical/Historical Note
Benton County is located in northwest Arkansas and is the second-most populous county in the state. It was formed on September 30, 1836 and is named after Thomas Hart Benton, a U.S. Senator from Missouri. The county seat is Bentonville.
