Description
This collection contains one broadside, a notice that "the undersigned petitioners will apply to the county court of Prairie County at the October term 1894 for the annexation of the following territory [sic] to the School District of Des Arc."
Biographical/Historical Note
The Des Arc School District serves the northern portion of Prairie County, Arkansas. It provides early childhood, elementary and secondary education from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade for students in Des Arc and Prairie and Lonoke Counties.
