This collection contains a program for the 4th Annual South-West Arkansas Poultry Festival and two copies of a poultry recipe book produced by the Arkansas Poultry Federation.

Biographical/Historical Note

The Poultry Federation is a multi-state organization representing the poultry and egg industry in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. The Arkansas Poultry Federation was established in 1954 in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1998, it consolidated with the offices in Missouri and Oklahoma. The Arkansas Poultry Federation produced the poultry recipe book in this collection and was responsible for the annual poultry festival.
