This collection contains one school register for the 3rd and 4th grades at Bruno School in Marion County Rural School District No. 1 in Bruno, Arkansas, from September 2, 1957 to May 17, 1958.
Biographical/Historical Note
The Bruno School was a public school in Bruno (Marion County, Ark.) that was created by Act 278 of the 1920 Legislature. It was the first accredited four year high school in Marion County. In 1973, Bruno School joined together with Pyatt School to form the Bruno-Pyatt School. The new school was located at Eros, halfway between the two towns. Today, the Bruno-Pyatt School supports the rural communities of Bruno, Pyatt, Everton, and Eros.
