Biographical/Historical Note
A. Howard Stebbins (1891-1956) was a Little Rock, Arkansas, business and civic leader. He founded Stebbins and Roberts Paint, Incorporated, in 1914. He was active in the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club, and Christ Episcopal Church.
