Description
This collection consists of thirteen scrapbooks kept by the Democratic Central Committee of Pulaski County, Arkansas, which include newsclippings, vote returns, campaign cards, pamphlets, correspondence, broadsides, newspaper issues, ballots, certificates, and maps.
Biographical/Historical Note
The Democratic Party, along with the Republican Party, is one of two major contemporary political parties in the United States. The Pulaski County Democratic Central Committee, currently located at 100 West Capitol, Little Rock, Arkansas, tracked Pulaski County Democratic Party activities.
