Biographical/Historical Note
Charles S. Collins was born in Emory, Virginia, on October 17, 1846 to Dr. Charles Collins, President of Emory and Henry College, and Harriet Hart. Charles S. Collins later settled in Little Rock, Arkansas, and served as Pulaski County Representative in 1875. Collins died in Little Rock on December 14, 1912.
