Description
The Anna M. Lecky Fitch collection primarily contains material concerning Holmes County, Ohio, in the post-Civil War period. Bound published material and manuscript material of the period 1832-1886 are found in the collection. A large bound family photo album is included. It also contains a map of the United States and two needlepoint bookmarks.
Biographical/Historical Note
Anna M. Lecky was born November 16, 1841, in Holmes County, Ohio. In 1872, Anna married William I. Fitch in Holmes County, Ohio. Anna died on December 22, 1936, in Little Rock, Arkansas, and is buried at Roselawn Memorial Park.
