Biographical/Historical Note
Noah Barclift was born on September 8, 1833 in North Carolina. He married Rachel Jane Warner in 1861. He is recorded in the U.S. Census as living in Ozark (Franklin County) in 1880 and in Ellsworth Township (Logan County) in 1900. He died on June 3, 1903.
