This collection contains a legal document in which W.H. Harvey and P.B. Hummel appoint James Smith and William Lewis as arbitrators to solve their disputes.

Biographical/Historical Note

William Hope "Coin" Harvey (1851-1936) founded the resort of Monte Ne (Benton County) and the Ozark Trail Association. These established him as a pioneer in the promotion of Arkansas tourism. Harvey was also the 1932 Liberty Party nominee for President of the United States.
