This collection contains photocopies of a letter, news clippings, and a family group chart for Isaac C. Day. The letter was written from Day to his brother in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Biographical/Historical Note

Isaac C. Day was born in Belmont County, Ohio, on September 18, 1843, to John and Ann (Crew) Day. Day married Sarah Thompson and the two had four children, William, H.A., Anna, and Stanley. Day owned and operated a farm of one hundred and sixty acres on section 30, Lyman Township, Ford County, Illinois.
