This collection consists of a certificate of the first meeting of the stockholders of the Warren and Ouachita Valley Railway Company, Warren, (Bradley County) Arkansas.
Biographical/Historical Note
The Warren and Ouachita Valley Railway Company was incorporated in 1899, and ran tracks from Warren to Banks, primarily to serve the lumber industry.
