There are two letters in this collection, the first letter dated October 26, 1881 is from D.H. Hill, President of Arkansas Industrial University in Fayetteville, Arkansas, honorably discharging W.C. Wallis from the University; the second letter dated September 20, 1882 is from D.H. Hill, President of Arkansas Industrial University in Fayetteville, Arkansas to W.C. Wallis, encouraging him to return to school and engineering classes.
