This collection contains a deed of sale for livestock from Abraham Whinery to Z.M. Whinery.
Biographical/Historical Note
Abraham Whinery was born in 1795, at birth place, Tennessee, to Abraham Whinery and Martha Whinery. Abraham was born in 1765, in Orange, Columbia, Pennsylvania. Martha was born in 1766, in Orange, North Carolina. Abraham married Sarah Davidson, They had one son: William Carroll Whinery. Abraham dies in 1866, at age 71; he is buried in Bethel Cemetery, Gravette, Arkansas.
