Biographical/Historical Note
This Bible belonged to the Hearsey family of South Carolina. Walter Z. Hearsey was born on July 13, 1904, in South Carolina. He worked for the Veterans Administration and died in Little Rock, Arkansas, in 1978. His wife, Pauline, was born on February 4, 1902, in Arkansas, and died in 2001 in Fort Smith.
