This collection contains one photocopy of a letter from James McFarland to the Commissioners of Private Land Claims in Missouri.
Biographical/Historical Note
John McFarland wrote the letter in this collection to the Missouri Commissioners of Private Land Claims to inform them of his purchase of 240 acres of land in St. Francis County Missouri, at Range P, Township 35 North, Section 12. The patents for the land were 514, 515, and 516.
