Biographical/Historical Note
Robert Henry Hicks (1850-1889) was born January 15, 1850 to John G. Hicks and Mary E. Asbill Hicks. Hicks was elected Justice of the Peace of Franklin County, Arkansas in 1879 and served as Justice of the Peace for five years. Hicks later was a notary public and mayor of Mulberry, Arkansas.
