This collection contains a letter written by Edwin M. Russell of Little Rock, Arkansas to his uncle Asa Stoddard.
Biographical/Historical Note
Edwin Russell of Little Rock, Arkansas was the son of Daniel Russell. His half sister Mary Ann Russell was the first wife of Asa H. Stoddard. Edwin wrote letters to his uncle Asa who lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
