This letter is from George R. Belding, secretary of the Arkansas State Fair Association, to State Senator F.F. Freeman.
Biographical/Historical Note
The Arkansas State Fair Association was established April 25, 1906, for the purposes of administering and promoting the State Fair, which was held in Hot Springs for several years. F.F. Freeman was elected Honorary Vice President of the association.
