Description

This color postcard depicts Little Rock's "new" city hall, with pedestrians, a horse-drawn carriage, and early motor vehicles in front of it. The postcard was never sent.

Biographical/Historical Note

The City Hall at Markham and Broadway was completed in 1908. It still serves as Little Rock's City Hall today, only without the copper dome.
