Description
This is an election notice circulated by Thomas C. Trimble, who was running for re-election to the office of prosecuting attorney in the 6th Judicial District. Handwritten on the back is a legal judgment in the matter of District #30 vs. Walter Pemberton et al.
Transcription
District #30 In Circuit Court of Lonoke Co.
vs.
Walter Pemberton et al
Now on this comes the plaintiff School
district #30 by its attorney J.D. Shackleford
and also comes W.H. Pemberton and others
by their attorney Trimble & Robinson
and by consent it is agreed that said
writ of centiorari shall be sustained
and the order heretofore made by the Circuit
Court shall be and is hereby set aside[,]
discontinued and held for naught;
it is further agreed that the judgement
rendered in case number 967 is intended
and shall be a full and complete
adjudication of all differences growing
out of said order heretofore made by said
Circuit Court, and in estoppel from
any and all proceedings by and in behalf
of said school district #30 against
said Lonoke Special School District and the defendant
pay all cost in this behalf expended;
and that all of each designated and described in each order
be re-transferred to said district #30
