Biographical/Historical Note

Al Clauser moved from Iowa to Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1942, where he then established his Texas swing band, called Al Clauser and the Oklahoma Outlaws. He disbanded the Outlaws in the 1950s and continued work in Oklahoma radio and television until his death in 1989.
