The Texas side of Texarkana it to the left and center while the Arkansas side of Texarkana is to the right. The Hotel Grimm and Offenhauser Insurance Building, are in the center of the image. The U.S. Post Office and Federal Building can be seen in the background to the right.
Biographical/Historical Note
The Offenhauser Insurance Building (center) was listed to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.
