Order form shows that S.W. Fordyce of St. Louis, Missouri, purchased 4 quarts of one year old whiskey for 15 friends, including doctors, judges, colonels, generals, and a congressman. Names include Dr. J. A. Fordyce, General Leonard Wood, General Alishire, James A. Reed, Colonel John Parker, Colonel E. W. Rector, Judge James Phillips, Congressman Holmes, Judge Sanborn, J.F. Lower, J.A. Adson, E.J. Pearson, John Closner, J.B. Fordyce, and Dr. Vaughan.
