Description
Photograph of a wagon with a metal attachment used for spreading manure.
Biographical/Historical Note
Manure is an age old fertilizer used by farmers. The contraption on the back of a wagon allowed for a more efficient spread of manure over fields although it still required some manpower to push the manure out the back.
