Claim for guns in the amount of 595 dollars. The claim was allowed.

Washington February 24 1864
The Board wit, Present, His Excellency H Flanagin
Governor and Hon C W Board
J W Dyer claim for guns bought and
furnished his company State Troops
was presented and alleved(?)
It is ordered that Paymaster S M Scott's
pay, on proper certified accounts, all
the claims for expences[sic] incured[sic] by
James B Williamson, Company of
State Troops included in an abstract
now on record in this office certified
by J W Miller 1st Lt & Comis for Company.
S M Scott's requisition as Paymaster of
the State of Arkansas was presented,
and the Auditor of public accounts of
the State ordered to issue his order on
the Treasurer of the State for the sum of $25.000.00
