William W. Mansfield's election certificate as a delegate to the Arkansas Secession Convention by Albert L. Berry, the clerk of the circuit court in Franklin County.

State of Arkansas
County of Franklin
I Albert L. Berry clerk of the circuit
court & Ex officio clerk of the county court in and for the
county and State [illegible] hereby Certify that at an
Election held in the several townships in said county on
the 18 day of February 1861 for the election of our delegate for same
county to the State convention to assemble at Little Rock
Arkansas on the 4th day of March AD 1861. William W.
Mansfield was duly elected.
In testimony whereof I have hereto
set my hand and affixed the seal of
said court at Office in Ozark this 24th
day of February AD 1861
