Gov H.M. Rector
Sir after my reeport[sic]
I rite[sic] you a a few liens[sic] &&
I mad[sic] out my reeport[sic]
and sertificet[sic] of the officers
and reeported[sic] to Lieutenant
Blackemore as the Colonel
that left the sate[sic] of 2
ridgment[sic] & Liet[sic] Blackemore
never sent them out ther[sic]
was an opion[sic] company got
up buy[sic] the other party and
I have herd[sic] they have sent
for the comitions[sic] & you ar[sic] a
prisd[sic] my company is the oldist[sic]
they said they wood[sic] send on
my surtificate[sic] you will act
on this this & & if you have
comition[sic] any other company
let me know & and whether

company comition[sic] or not &
it is wll[sic] now my company
is the oldst[sic] and a full com-
pany Mr Marz company
don[sic]a mount of a half of
company & all that the
Captin[sic] is south but his men
ant & my Company as all
southern rite[sic] men & & I rite[sic]
these fiew[sic] being in a hery[sic]
for I did not think any
more wood[sic] hold my
reeport[sic] back
