This collection houses a scrapbook with entertainment mementos, photographs, newspaper articles, notes, printed ephemera, and postcards.
Biographical/Historical Note
J. Johnson and Sarah Elizabeth Johnson had a total of three children: Edgar Johnson born 1888 or 1889, Maud Johnson born 1894, and Edna P. Johnson born June 30, 1905, all from the state of Arkansas. Edna lived her whole life with her immediate family. She finished two years of high school and was a retail dry goods store manager by the time she was 34. Edna and her siblings never married or had children. She passed away on December 28, 1988, and was buried in Lawrence Memorial Park, Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, with the rest of her family.
