This collection consists of one letter from General M.M. Parsons to Major General Sterling Price, dated circa 1864.

Biographical/Historical Note

Mosby Monroe Parsons (1822-1865) served as a Confederate officer throughout Arkansas during the Civil War. Sterling Price (1809-1867) was a farmer, politician, and soldier who served as a general from Missouri from Arkansas during the Civil War.
