Biographical/Historical Note
The Plantation Agriculture Museum in Scott, Arkansas interprets historic cotton agriculture in Arkansas from statehood in 1836 through World War II, when agricultural practices quickly became mechanized. The museum depicts how cotton was grown, picked, and processed.
