Biographical/Historical Note
Thomas J. Woodall (1858-1930) was born around 1858 in Mississippi to James Henry Woodall and Mary Polly Moore Woodall. Woodall married Barbara Alabama Wallis on October 22, 1882 in Hot Springs County, Arkansas. He died July 30, 1930 in Saline County, Arkansas.
