Biographical/Historical Note
Isaac H. Pennington of Bradley County owed a debt of $1829.78 to Charles Hudson and Richard Robertson of New York City, New York. Pennington signed over to Isaiah Gould and Samuel Givens his power of attorney on June 8, 1860 to act on his behalf in the Bradley County Court.
