No. 91 Head-Quarters Special Commission
Little Rock, Arkansas, January 1865
This is to Certify that Sam. W. Williams aged 35 years, height
5 feet 10 inches; Fair complexion, blue eyes, light hair, and by occupa-
tion a Lawyer, has this day been examined before the Special Commission
in compliance with General Order No. 6, Head-Quarters Post of Little Rock dated Jan
3, 1865
And that the said Sam. W. Williams is hereby released and declared
exempt from the provisions of the above order, by reason of being a confirmed
Invalid - Organic Disease of the Lungs
