Chairman Joseph T. Robinson (left) raising his hand for order as Alabama Governor Bibb Graves made the first seconding speech for President Roosevelt's nomination at the Democratic Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Graves' address was the first of 55 seconding speeches delivered that day.
