Description

Woman wearing a costume dress with large fabric flowers on her waist and hip. The dress has a high collar, a white blouse under a bodice, and long strips of fabric hanging down the skirt. She is wearing an unusual cap and appears to be holding a feather duster that is dangling from a ribbon. She is leaned against painted scenery behind a cluster of cattails. Card is black with gilt, scalloped edges.
